Jovani Padron is a community advocate and technology leader who believes families thrive when they have clear information, compassionate support, and practical tools. His involvement with Parent to Parent of Miami grows from years of volunteering and building resources that make a difference for caregivers and educators. He is honored to serve on the Board of Trustees and to champion the organization’s mission of empowering families of children with disabilities.
Professionally, Jovani is the Principal Consultant at The HealthTech Consulting Group and a senior leader in data and AI. He has led analytics and product teams in healthcare and education, guided organizations through data governance and modernization, and built solutions that improve access, outcomes, and decision making. He brings a collaborative style, a focus on measurable impact, and a deep respect for lived experience.
Outside of work, Jovani enjoys spending time with his family, storytelling, and sharing what he learns with his community. He looks forward to helping Parent to Parent of Miami reach more families and expand the support that changes lives.
