Mailyn Fernandez Montoya is a passionate and dedicated advocate with over 20 years of experience serving children with disabilities and their families. As one of the main leaders of America Loving Care (ALC) and A1A, she has helped shape programs that provide compassionate, high-quality care to families across the community. Her work is deeply rooted in a personal mission to uplift and empower those who often feel overlooked.

Mailyn is a proud mother of three, grandmother to a 7-month-old grandson, and eagerly anticipating the arrival of her granddaughter. Her personal journey as a parent and grandparent enriches her professional commitment, bringing empathy, resilience, and heart to everything she does.

She is honored to serve on the Parent-to-Parent Board of Trustees, where she continues to advocate for meaningful change and expanded support for families navigating disability and special needs.
