Parent to Parent of Miami is here to help you navigate the challenges of parenting children and adults with special needs at any stage and throughout their lives. Please help us speed up your intake process by completing the following required Intake Form, Parental Stress Scale and Family Outcomes Survey.
These forms help the Education and Support Specialist who will be assigned provide you individualized support for you and your family. Reply as accurately as possible and remember there is no right or wrong answer when replying to your family’s current needs and concerns.
