Community Health Needs Assessment

Do you currently live in Miami-Dade County? We want to hear from you!

Nicklaus Children’s Hospital is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment. As part of this assessment, they are conducting a focus group with residents of Miami-Dade County. Participants do not need to be past or current patients of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.

Participants will receive a $50 gift card.

*Focus Group will be in-person, to receive the $50 gift card, must attend the full session.
